HOW TO ORDER FROM MODELLBAHN COLLECTORS
To place an order, please
send an email to
identifying the items in which you are interested and your
shipping address. We will confirm that the items are still
available and will provide you with information on
shipping/insurance options and costs.
If you are not familiar with the Märklin
product line, please ask questions before you order.
The vast majority of our items are designed for use on
H0 Scale Märklin three-rail AC systems and they are not
compatible with most of the other model train systems
typically sold at toy stores and hobby shops in the USA.
All payments must be made by
PayPal or check/money order payable in US
Dollars and drawn on a
U.S. bank. We also accept International Money Orders
issued by non-US postal services as long as they are payable
in US Dollars.

We do not accept credit card payments (unless

PACKING & SHIPPING:
We take pride in our
careful packing. Unless otherwise noted, items are
properly placed in their original Märklin containers, carefully
wrapped in bubble-wrap and/or foam peanuts, and shipped in a
commercial-grade cardboard shipping box with extra room on all
six sides. Our shipping and insurance costs reflect our
best estimate of actual costs - we do not charge for packing
materials and do not make money on inflated shipping charges.
Shipping is via United States Postal Service
(USPS). We make every effort to ship within one business day
of receipt of confirmed payment.

available on-line on the Internet. If USPS does not offer insurance to the country of
destination, buyer assumes all risks associated with shipping to
that country. We will provide proof of shipment, but we can
not offer insurance if it is not available to us.

We do not do business by telephone, we do not have a
brick-and-mortar storefront, and we do not make special
arrangements for in-person visits or merchandise pick-up.

one of every item offered for sale. We occasionally
have more interest in an item than we can accommodate with
the inventory that we have on hand (priority goes to the
